WAX AND SKIN CARE STUDIO Park Brand Aesthetics is a small, independently owned wax studio dedicated to providing quality hair removal services in a welcoming and comfortable environment. Founded in 2020 by dual-licensed esthetician Brandi Doles, our focus is on delivering smooth results with care while educating clients on proper skincare. We specialize in full-body waxing for both men and women, offering a professional and welcoming experience in a relaxing environment. While we no longer offer male Brazilian waxes, we continue to provide other waxing services for male clients. Beyond exceptional service, we take pride in educating our clients on proper skincare to help them maintain healthy, radiant skin. What to Expect: • Hassle-Free Booking: Appointments are secured with a debit/credit card, and payment is processed on the day of service. • Convenient Location: Our studio is located upstairs inside Fairway Mortgage (the white building directly across from Navy Federal). CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment is very important to us at Park Brand Aesthetics. It is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adiustments are necessary; therefore, we ask respectfully for you to reschedule or cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our wait list miss the opportunity to receive services. Therefore, if your appointment is not canceled within 12hrs you will be charged 50% of your service price. If a no call no show appointment occurs you will be charged 95% of your service price. You are considered a “no call/ no show” after 10 mins if there is no communication from you via voicemail, phone(we must speak), or text. (Social media is not an appropriate form of communication to cancel/reschedule) We have the right to reserve a deposit for future appointment reservations and or ban you from booking with us in the future. Wax Package Cancellation Policy We have a 30-Day Cancellation Policy for Wax Packages. Should you decide to cancel your Wax Package within 30 days of purchasing, you'll be charged the full price for visits you've already used and issued a refund for any remaining balance due. Should you decide to cancel your Wax package after 30 days, there is a $25 cancellation fee. Park Brand Aesthetics will charge you full price for the visits you already used and issue a store credit for any remaining balance due. No call/no show policy still applies to all packages. Example (if you purchase 3 wax package and no call/no show, you forfeit one of your sessions) please cancel within 12 hours of your wax session.
