WAX AND SKIN CARE STUDIO Park Brand Aesthetics is a small, independently owned wax studio dedicated to providing quality hair removal services in a welcoming and comfortable environment. Founded in 2020 by dual-licensed esthetician Brandi Doles, our focus is on delivering smooth results with care while educating clients on proper skincare. We specialize in full-body waxing for both men and women, offering a professional and welcoming experience in a relaxing environment. While we no longer offer male Brazilian waxes, we continue to provide other waxing services for male clients. Beyond exceptional service, we take pride in educating our clients on proper skincare to help them maintain healthy, radiant skin. CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointment & Cancellation Policy Your appointment is very important to us at Park Brand Aesthetics. It is reserved especially for you, and we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Confirmation Requirement All appointments must be confirmed the night before. If your appointment is not confirmed, it will be canceled. This ensures that valuable time is not lost and allows others the opportunity to book when availability is limited. Cancellation Policy We respectfully ask that you reschedule or cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that time, and clients on our wait list miss the opportunity to receive services. • If your appointment is not canceled within 12 hours, you will be charged 50% of your service price. • If a no-call/no-show occurs, you will be charged 95% of your service price. • You are considered a “no call/no show” after 10 minutes if there is no communication from you via voicemail, phone call (we must speak), or text. (Social media is not an appropriate form of communication to cancel or reschedule.) • We reserve the right to require a deposit for future appointments or restrict booking if policies are repeatedly not followed. Wax Package Cancellation Policy • We have a 30-Day Cancellation Policy for Wax Packages. If you cancel within 30 days of purchase, you’ll be charged the full price for visits already used and refunded any remaining balance. • If you cancel after 30 days, there is a $25 cancellation fee. Park Brand Aesthetics will charge you full price for visits already used and issue a store credit for any remaining balance. • The no-call/no-show policy applies to all packages. Example: if you purchase a 3-wax package and no-call/no-show, you forfeit one of your sessions. Please cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled session.
